Congratulations to UC Merced political science professor Eaine Denny and co-authors David Dow, Wayne Pitts & Erik Wibbels on their new publication in the Comparative Political Studies journal. At a time when conversations about the relationship between community and police are widespread, their research uses survey, experimental, and administrative data to understand conditions under which cooperation between community members and law enforcement is most likely.
