Bio:
Peter’s current research projects focus on how members of the public understand and respond to scholarly disagreements about instances of political violence. Previous research projects include investigations into how governments decide where to allocate repressive resources, how financial windfalls influence a government’s use of preventive repression, and how the media influences international conflict through the framing of news.
